  • Where is the store based?

    Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I'm not based in the US - but I ship worldwide!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All orders are sent with e-express, registered air mail, or registered surface mail depending on availability for your location. They are in order of both preference and speed, with e-express taking 1-2 weeks, and surface mail being the slowest and taking up to 3 months. Under normal circumstances, registered airmail takes 2-3 weeks, however, due to the global pandemic, both registered surface and airmail will experience delays.

  • When do you ship out?

    I ship out as frequently as I can! Currently, as I work full time, I will try to do so at least twice a week! I will always ship on Saturdays, and if my schedule permits, will try to drop by the post office during the week too.

  • Will sold out items be restocked?

    Unless listed otherwise in their description, yes!

  • I have not received my parcel, what do I do?

    Due to the global pandemic, all orders are subject to delays. The current quote for delivery times are 4 - 6 weeks via registered airmail.

    If you have not received your parcel within this time frame, please CONTACT ME. If you have missed the post man or post office slip, and your order has been returned unclaimed, it is your responsibility to reach out and let me know.

    Please note that due to the nature of unclaimed parcels, when contacted, I will only offer partial refunds, or you will have to pay for shipping once again.

  • My parcel arrived damaged!

    I'm so sorry to hear! I do my best to package products safely, but sometimes post can get a little too rough - if this was the case, please contact me via email or twitter with details so we may discuss a solution!

  • Will I have to pay tax?

    This depends on your country, please inform yourself on their import charge policies! I will only mark the parcel as a gift or under a certain amount if requested.
